Meet Our Facilitator

Tali Padan

Lead Facilitator

Tali Padan holds a PhD (EBD) from Copenhagen Business School in the field of Management Learning, as well as a Master’s degree in Intercultural Conflict Management. For more than ten years, she has worked as a facilitator with teams, organizations, universities, and international groups across Europe and the US.

Her work focuses on group dynamics, collaboration, communication, and how teams can navigate tension, uncertainty, and difference in more constructive ways. Drawing on experiential and process-oriented methods, she supports teams in developing greater trust, psychological safety, reflection, and relational awareness in the workplace.

Tali’s approach is rooted in the understanding that collaboration is not only built through systems and strategy, but through the quality of human interaction within teams. Her facilitation style helps groups engage more openly with challenges, strengthen communication across differences, and build healthier and more sustainable ways of working together.

She is the founder of Mellem Teams and Director of Mellem Education, where she designs and facilitates trainings and workshops in the areas of communication, conflict navigation, intercultural collaboration, and participatory group processes.

Tali is certified in Betzavta, restorative circles, and non-dual therapy. Originally from Israel, she grew up in the United States and has lived in Copenhagen for the past decade.
